This 2-storey house has rooms for rent with elegant wood flooring. The main shared areas are found on the ground floor, which is an open layout kitchen and living room. The open layout provides a big and bright space and makes it a perfect room for entertaining or relaxing with friends. The kitchen/living room opens up to the spacious backyard that has a stone patio – a perfect place for BBQs! There are 2 full bathrooms to share.
The house is located in the quiet and residential area of Alexandra Palace. You have the beautiful Alexandra Park minutes away – a perfect place to have a picnic or go for a run. You are well-connected to the rest of the city by train or by underground.
What we liked the most
- The house has a spacious terrace with a beautiful stone patio.
- The living room is fully furnished with 2 sofas, an arm chair, a coffee table, a big mirror, and a large dining table.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, double sink, and washing machine.
- The kitchen has a beautiful marble island in the middle.
- The property has 2 refrigerators – one in the kitchen and a 2nd one in the hallway.
