There is also a dining table so you will not have to eat your meals in your bedroom.
Leyton, in East London, is a mainly residential area that is being influenced by the gentrification of places like Walthamstow thanks to fashionable Shoreditch and other trendy neighbourhoods nearby. With some lovely open spaces including Wanstead flats, Hackney Marsh and Epping Forest as well as some interesting bars and pop-up bookstores, it is an affordable and charming place to live.

- The panelled walls make the property feel like a ski chalet, which can only be a positive thing.
- There is a small back garden where you could safely and securely store a bike.
- A walk-in shower is a great way of saving space in the ground-floor bathroom.

- This is a good location for nature lovers as it is close to the beautiful Epping Forest as well as Wanstead Flats.
