Rooms are available for rent in a 5-bedroom house in Leyton in East London. The house is bright and spacious with plenty of room for its 5 tenants to socialise or relax in privacy and a well-equipped kitchen where you can enjoy meals. This would make a comfortable and convenient home for students and professionals alike.

Leyton is a quiet area but still has plenty to keep you entertained. Its recently regenerated shopping areas on the High Road and around Leyton Tube Station can provide you with everything you might need. The underground station is located on the Central Line and you can arrive in Oxford Circus in just 21 minutes, making this an excellent place to live for commuters.

What we liked the most

  • With an oven as well as a stove, you can cook whatever you wish.
  • There are 3 fridges between the 5 tenants so plenty of space for storing food.
  • The kitchen has a breakfast bar so you do not have to eat your meals in your bedroom.
  • There is a bath as well as a shower, the perfect way to unwind after a long day at work.
  • This is a great location for nature lovers - Epping Forest is a 20-minute drive from here while to the west are the Hackney Marshes.

Things to keep in mind

  • The garden is only for the use of one of the tenants but this is added motivation to make friends with your flatmates.
