Rooms are available for rent in a 5-bedroom house in the Limehouse area of Tower Hamlets in east London. The house has plenty of natural light and feels spacious and bright. It also has a grassy garden that you can take advantage of in summer.
Limehouse sits on the border between the sophisticated skyscrapers of Canary Wharf and the City of London. It is a friendly and welcoming community sitting next to the canal. It is well connected with a DLR station that can take you to Canary Wharf to the east, Greenwich to the south, and Tower Bridge and Bank to the west.
What we liked the most
- The grassy garden is a fantastic feature, the perfect place for barbecues during the summer months.
- There is a bath tub as well as a shower, ideal for relaxing after a long day at work.
- The rooms have plenty of light which helps them to feel spacious.
- The property is a 10-minute walk from The Narrow pub which belongs to celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.
- This is a quiet but well-connected area that also has an interesting maritime heritage to be explored.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no parking available with the property but given its proximity to the public transport, you may find you do not need a car.
