This 2-storey, 6-bedroom house has spacious rooms available to rent for both couples and individuals. In the property, you can find elegant wooden floor boards and carpet flooring. Downstairs you have a walk-thru kitchen, which leads to the dining room and large garden. Upstairs, you have the majority of the bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms to share – one on each floor.
The house is located in the ¨Green Borough¨, also known as Redbridge. This borough's nickname says it all; it's an area full of parks, trees, and grass. The house is surrounded by the famous Valentine's Park and the Ilford Golf Club. The house is very well-connected to the rest of the city, only 10 minutes to the Ilford train station.
What we liked the most
- The house has a very large garden in the back that has a lot of potential to be furnished with outdoor seating and is the perfect place for a BBQ.
- The living room is furnished as a dining room with 2 large refrigerators and a large dining table.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, washing machine, 2 mini refrigerators, and a lot of cupboard space.
- There are 2 full bathrooms – one with a standing shower and the other with a bathtub.
- The house is a 10-minute walk to the Ilford train station, where you have many bus and train connections.
Things to keep in mind
- The property is a 2-storey house and most of the bedrooms are upstairs.
