Rooms are for rent in an 81 m2, 5-bedroom flat in in Stoke Newington in north London. The flat has been newly renovated and feels modern and clean with plenty of natural light as well as lots of storage for your belongings. It would make a comfortable and convenient home for students and young professionals alike.
From the chic and alternative eateries on Church Street to the cheaper pubs or Turkish restaurants found on the High Street, there is plenty of choice of places to go in Stoke Newington. It is a diverse area where fashionable young couples, hipsters and long-time residents live alongside each other. Although there is no tube yet, there are plenty of buses that also run at night, as well as the overland rail line to Liverpool Street, Cheshunt, Enfield, Richmond, Clapham or Stratford.
What we liked the most
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- There is free parking available with the property, something rarely found with London properties.
- The property's proximity to two different train stations and the bus stops will make travel around the city quick and easy.
- Close the property is Abney Park with its beautiful woodland, a nature reserve that would be a delightful place to explore on a sunny afternoon.
- This area is ideal for those looking to escape the chaotic city centre but still remain well connected.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one toilet between the 5 tenants but at least the bathroom and toilet are separate rooms.
