Rooms are available to rent in this fantastic 4-bedroom flatshare in Crystal Palace. The flat is newly renovated and has brand new furnishings and fittings throughout. The rooms are all very bright and there are houseplants throughout the property, which really makes the place feel fresh and clean. The kitchen is large and modern and includes a dining table that can seat 6. It has all the appliances that you would expect, and they are all brand new, including the oven, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The bathroom has a very large shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.
The property is in a residential area, but local shops and takeaways are just a couple of minute's walk away. You will also live just a couple of minute's walk from a local brewery, the perfect place to sample some of London's liquid culture! Trains into Victoria Station in central London take less than 25 minutes from Gypsy Hill.
What we liked the most
- The whole flat is brand new, and it shows. Everything is clean and bright, and the furnishings are very tasteful.
- We love the huge shower - no more bumped elbows.
- Local shops and takeaways are just a couple of minute's walk away on Gypsy Road.
- You will live just a couple of minute's walk from a small local brewery which has its own bar where you can drink the freshest beer you've ever tried!
