The bedrooms' built-in wardrobes are also quite spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, but the landlord offers an extra refrigerator as well. There is 1 full bathroom, 1 shower room, and 1 toilet room – making life easier in this shared apartment.
The house is located in Lewisham borough, which is the perfect location if you want to live close to the city centre at an affordable price. Although mostly a residential area, you have New Cross Gate neighbourhood close by, which has a shopping centre and plenty of markets.
