This 2-storey, 5-bedroom house has spacious rooms for rent with all bills included. The house is nicely presented, and is equipped with central heating and a washing machine. Tenants will share use of a large open-plan kitchen and dining area that opens out onto a lovely backyard.
The house is located in the neighbourhood of Tooting, in the south-west of London. There is an underground station within walking distance of the house that can take you into the city centre in approximately 35 minutes.

Please note that your Spotahome representative was unable to visit bedroom 3, which has a double bed and a window facing the street. This room is on the upper level of the house and is furnished with a chest of drawers, a desk, and a wardrobe.
