This 4-bedroom duplex apartment has cozy and bright rooms for rent. The duplex is on the 7th floor of a large apartment complex, which offers its tenants access to a community garden. The buildings corridors are open air, so you can easily step out to take in some fresh air. The common area is the equipped kitchen that doubles as the dining room. The bathroom is a separate shower and toilet room, which is perfect for shared apartments.
This apartment complex is located in Lambeth, which is home to the famous London Eye. Just 10 minutes away in Brixton, you will find plenty of pubs, theatres, and street markets. You can also reach the city centre in just 10 minutes by train, which is a 5-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment complex provides access to a community garden.
- The apartment is renovated and has elegant carpet flooring.
- The bedrooms have elegant furniture and large windows which fill them with plenty of natural light.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, and washing machine.
- The shower and toilet are in separate rooms, very convenient in a shared apartment.
- The duplex is 10 minutes by foot to Brixton and 10 minutes by train to London city centre.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is a duplex and some of the bedrooms are upstairs.
- The duplex is on the 7th floor, but there is no elevator in the building.
