Bright and spacious room to rent in 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Ilford. The apartment has wonderful and fully furnished communal areas which are shared with the live-in landlord. Please note that tenants are not allowed to cook meat or bring alcohol into the apartment.
Along with being close to the South Park, this apartment is also just a short walk from the Seven Kings train station. This area features plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Stratford is less than a 30-minute train ride away.
What we liked the most
- A train station is just a short walk away.
- We love the comfortable living room, complete with a fireplace.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring plenty of cupboards.
- South Park (not the TV show) is a 5-minute walk away.
