Spotahome's opinion
This 2-storey, 5-bedroom house has elegant rooms for rent. The bedrooms for rent are on both the ground and 1st floor. Each floor has a 1 full bathroom to share between the tenants. Downstairs you find the open layout kitchen and living room. The kitchen is quite spacious and doubles as a dining area as well.
The house is located in West Green, less than 10 minutes from the underground and has multiple bus stops nearby. If you enjoy the outdoors than you can take advantage of of all the parks, especially the Belmont Recreation Ground.
What we liked the most
- The living room is quite small but comes furnished with a couch and TV.
- Bedroom 1 has private access to the terrace.
- There is a shed for extra storage space in the backyard.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, washing machine, and 2 refrigerators.
- There are 2 full bathroom to share, both with a bathtub.
- There is a bus stop located directly in front of the property.
Things to keep in mind
- The property is a 2-storey house and some of the bedrooms are upstairs.
