There are rooms available to rent in this 5-bedroom houseshare in Putney. The house has a bathroom with shower above the bath, plus a separate shower room, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a washing machine and a dryer, plus dishwasher. In the large kitchen area there are also a dining table and a sofa, along with plenty of storage space.
The house is very close to the huge parkland area(s) of Richmond Park, Wimbledon Common, and Putney Green, which all run together. The area is well served by buses, which can take you to East Putney tube station in about 10 minutes (40-minute walk), and from there the tube to central London will take 15-20 minutes. The house is situated very close to both Kingston and Roehampton Universities, each within a 10-20 minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The house is perfect for students, an easy walk into either Kingston or Roehampton University.
- For anybody who likes walking and/or parks, you won´t find a much better location in a city, with acres of parkland on your doorstep.
- The house is very well equipped, a dishwasher hopefully stopping squabbles over whose turn it is to wash the dishes!
- A separate shower room will minimise wait times for the toilets or showers.
