Battersea is a popular, residential area situated to the south-west of central London. The neighbourhood is tranquil and has a community feel, and there are several pubs, restaurants and cafés near the property. The house has a garden, but tenants can also walk a short distance to Clapham Common or Battersea Park.

- Tenants will be sharing the property with the live-in landlady and her son. The landlady is originally from Belize and is very friendly and funny. Her son is approximately 11-years-old and is polite and well-behaved.
