There is a convenient separate laundry area with washing machines and a dryer. The property have several shared living spaces, including a furnished living room and large garden.
Stratford is well served by public transport and includes several draws, such as a the Olympic park, huge Stratford shopping centre, and University of East London campus. The Olympic games did lead to a bit of a renaissance in the area, which has a number of new eateries and shops as well.

- The large garden is great for barbecues.
- Leslie Road is just 6 minutes walking from Leyton underground station.

- The only full bathroom is located on the ground floor, however the 2nd floor has a toilet.
