Rooms for rent in a 5-bedroom duplex flat near Burgess Park in Southwark. The property is very clean and tidy throughout, with parquet-style floors and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and eating area.
Elephant and Castle is well connected via underground and overground rail links with the rest of London, so getting around is easy. A short walk from the flat you will find Burgess Park, one of the largest in London, and E Street Market, where you can buy fresh food, clothes, mobile phone batteries and other paraphernalia of modern life.

- Clean and tidy throughout.

- The bathroom has a bath, which you will value immensely in winter.
- There is a balcony.
- It is very easy to reach the centre of London from here.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator (but it's only 2 flights of stairs).
- You must remove your shoes inside the property. This is to keep everything nice and clean.
