Studios are for rent to students and postgraduates in a residence hall situated in London's Colindale area. There are 4 types of studio in this property, each varying in size. All are modern, minimalist and stylish. The building also has central AC which is very useful in summer.
This property is only for students. It is located in Colindale, a residential area situated to the north-west of central London, near Middlesex University. To reach other parts of London, you can walk 4 minutes to Colindale underground station.
What we liked the most
- Tenants will have access to a washing machine and a dryer; both of which are in a common laundry room.
- All bills are included, but meals are charged separately.
- Central AC is installed.
- Colindale tube station is just 4 minutes away.
- Middlesex university is near to the building.
Things to keep in mind
- None of the studios have an oven, but they do have microwaves and stoves.

Studio type D is £950 per month and has a set of twin beds. This studio also has a desk, shelving, a small living area and a kitchen that is partially equipped. There is also a bathroom which closes with a folding door, and a mirrored wardrobe for storage. Please be aware that your Spotahome representative was unable to visit each Type D studio. The photos displayed are from an almost identical studio with the same key furnishings.
