Make yourself at home in this charming 1 bedroom apartment for rent, ideal for couples, located on Dudley Court, just seconds away from Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The interior of the apartment is cosy, with electrical heating in the living area that ensures maximum comfort during winter. The front door opens onto an entrance hall, to the left of which is a bathroom that is equipped with a bathtub and a large mirror. The kitchen and living room are adjoined in an open plan design that accentuates the spacious feel of the apartment. The kitchen features plenty of storage space, and the sunny living room is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas and a large rug. The bedroom is very sizeable, with a large double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a window that also looks out onto the street below. This flat for rent is in a very central location, with Marble Arch tube station just 5 minutes away and the University of Westminster is only a 17 minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is cosy, with heating in the living room and hallway and a large rug in the living room.
- You will be situated in Westminster, a very central neighbourhood in London which is home to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and the University of Westminster.
- There are 2 windows in the flat that look out onto the street below and let in natural sunlight.
- To cater to fashionistas and shopaholics, famous Oxford Street is just a short walk away.
- The flat is handicap accessible!
- Tenants can watch live concerts and enjoy various music events in Hyde Park which is very close to the property and Tesco supermarket can be reached within 1 minute.
