This top-floor, 2-bedroom flat to rent on Pretoria Avenue is a little unusual. To enter the flat, you’ll need to go through the laundromat below. There isn’t a living room, so it seems best suited to those looking to flatshare with a friend. The bathroom is compact and has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and gets ample sunlight. There isn’t a dining table, but there is a counter. Bedrooms have windows and are spacious. Both of them have double beds, wardrobes, and a chest of drawers.
Walthamstow isn’t within walking distance of the city centre, but you won’t mind if you enjoy green space and water. Your new home is a 10-minute walk away from the reservoirs. Lee Valley and Stoneydown Parks are minutes from your door. You get all the conveniences of downtown living, too. There is a mall, cinema, and even a town square garden just 15 minutes away. Need to do laundry? Just walk downstairs. Looking for groceries? Lidl and Sainsbury’s are nearby. And there is a pub around the corner!
What we liked the most
- There are no neighbours living above or below you.
- There is a laundromat downstairs.
- You can get a lot of fresh air living in this area.
- You’re just a 20-minute ride from downtown on the Overground rail.
