This cute 1-bedroom flat to rent on Mornington Avenue is on the ground floor and just below street level. It has a lovely front facade with a little table and chair on the terrace. The inside of the flat is bright with a combined one-wall kitchen and living room. The double bedroom has beautiful wood floors and an armchair, and the bathroom has a tub and double sink.
Trendy is the best way to describe your new neighbourhood. Hammersmith is known for its variety of theatres and live music venues. Lyric House is 10 minutes away from your home. Eventim Apollo is a 20-minute walk away. Nell's Jazz and Blues is just up the street. There is a Tesco Superstore nearby and a few pizzerias, too.
