This 1st floor, 2-bedroom flat to rent on Renaissance Walk is fantastic. Both bedrooms are quite large and have double beds. One of the bedrooms has a sofa, and the other has a table and chairs on a little interior balcony nook overlooking the street. This second bedroom also has a huge storage closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower cabinet. The main bathroom is modern, elegant, and has a tub. The galley-style kitchen also has a modern look. It’s fully equipped and includes a washer/dryer machine and dishwasher. The combined living and dining room is huge and gets tons of sunlight. It’s furnished with a 4-seat dining table, TV, and sofas. And it has a balcony overlooking a small pond.
There is a rich maritime history in Greenwich. And if you enjoy the water, Victorian and Georgian architecture, and green spaces, then this is the ideal spot for you. Your new home is minutes away from the River Thames, as well as the Greenwich Yacht Club. Your building is on the edge of Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park. You’re in a quiet and private area, but there are a few cocktail lounges and restaurants nearby. For entertainment, you can catch a movie at the Odeon IMAX Cinema Greenwich, which is 10 minutes away. Or if you’re feeling adventurous, head up to the O2 for a guided climbing tour on the arena. It’s a 20-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- You can’t beat having a balcony overlooking trees and a pond.
- Sailors will enjoy being close to the yacht club.
- There is an Asda Charlton Superstore and a Sainsbury's within a 20-minute walk.
- There is a cinema, bowling alley, and numerous restaurants and activities at the O2.
