This inviting 1-bedroom flat to rent on Holloway Road is a basement space. A corridor leads you to a wonderfully comfy double bedroom. It has a window, as well as a door that takes you to a bright terrace. A staircase takes you to the basement with an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room, as well as a bathroom. It’s a very stylish spot with a table, L-shaped sofa bed and bright recessed lighting. The kitchen includes a washing machine, and it’s fully equipped. It’s huge, fashionable, and leads to a second small terrace through a sliding door.
Islington may be a little north and a little farther away from the city centre than some people might enjoy. However, it’s a surprisingly trendy area where you could very well spot a celebrity or two. You’re close to a couple of live music venues. Nambucca serves up alternative fare and it’s only a few minutes away. The Odeon Cinema is a 10-minute walk, but the neighbourhood has art house venues, too. There are two supermarkets down the street, and the local gym is a few minutes away.
