You’ll need to walk up a set of stairs to get to this 2nd floor, 2-bedroom flat to rent on Boleyn Road. It’s a fabulous open-plan space with wood floors and lots of light. One of the bedrooms is located near the front door. There are two steps to get to the elevated area. This bedroom is well-furnished and sunny. As is the other bedroom, but it’s slightly smaller and has a built-in wardrobe. The featured space is open-plan and has a real homey feel to it. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The living and dining areas are furnished with a dining table, 2 sofas, a TV, and a piano.
Dalston Kingsland neighbourhood is north of London, but not too far away. The Victoria underground line gets you there in 25 minutes. But there is plenty to see and do in this area. On a warm day, you can take a stroll through London Fields Lido or have a picnic in Hackney Downs. Both parks are less than 20 minutes away. For more artistic endeavors, you can check out the Doomed Gallery or take in a performance Arcola Theater, which is a 5-minute walk away. You’re a few minutes from Rio Cinema, too.
What we liked the most
- The wood floors are wonderfully rustic and give this bright flat a warm feel.
- You can pick up groceries at Sainsbury's, which is only 5 minutes away.
- There are brand name stores at Kingsland Shopping Mall, also a 5-minute walk away.
- You’ll find pubs and restaurants nearby, and you can catch live music at the Servant Jazz Quarters down the street.
