This charming 2-bedroom apartment on Gee Street, in Islington, opens out onto a balcony and has access to a communal garden. The flat is in 1 of the 3 Stafford Cripps Estate buildings, designed by the famous architect Joseph Emberton, which are built to maximize sunlight and with balconies that don't look onto each other, meaning no one can read your morning paper over your shoulder while you enjoy your coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a living room with a sofa bed for when you have guests, and 1 bathroom with a rain shower,

What we liked the most
