This modern 2-bedroom apartment has rooms available for rent on Lower Road. The property has a beautiful living room with a modern couch, a large dining table and access to the courtyard where you have a nice garden with some seats and a table, amazing for the warm summer months. The living room has wall-to-ceiling windows that can be opened up on warmer days and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook.
The property is located in a residential part of Surrey Quays where you live right down the road from Surrey Quays Overground station. There are a few city parks, including the large Southwark Park and Russia Dock Park, a big shopping centre with both a Tesco and a brand new Lidl and a spot centre close by. Living here you will be no more than a 15-minute walk from the Thames, perfect for a morning run or evening walk.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a great interior garden which is stylishly furnished, you will love this during warm London summers.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and you have a beautiful dining table in the living room.
- Surrey Quays Overground is right down the road when you need to connect with the rest of London.
- There are shops close by where you can buy your basic amenities.
