This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is to rent on Boulevard Drive in Colindale. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, while the open-plan living room has a large sofa and TV. Both bedrooms have double bed as well.
There is a supermarket, bar and a couple of restaurants just around the corner, and a pharmacy within a 5-minute walk. The Montrose Playing Fields are just over a 20-minute walk away, and Sunny Hill Park is nearby as well.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Middlesex University London is around a 15-minute walk away.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a washing machine and dryer so you can take care of the laundry no matter what the weather is doing.
- There is a balcony which can be accessed from the kitchen.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is heating, there is no AC.
- Only Bedroom 1 has a wardrobe.
