This modern 1-bedroom apartment is for rent on Spicer Close in Lambeth. With a generous 53 m² footprint on the first floor, this apartment has a living room which opens on to a private balcony, as well as a kitchen with all the essentials.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops along nearby Brixton Road, including a supermarket and several bars. The Brixton Market is only a 20-minute walk away, and there are a few parks to enjoy on your days off, including Myatt's Fields Park and Ruskin Park.
What we liked the most
- There is plenty of storage throughout this apartment.
- The large living room with a bright window is a great place to relax.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord is getting a new refrigerator and dryer.
