This 1-bedroom duplex apartment is available to rent in Lisson Grove. The apartment is large, modern, and well furnished. The living room has a sofa and coffee table, along with a full entertainment system. The kitchen is very modern and well lit, has lots of storage space and all the modern appliances. The bedroom is a large room and has lots of storage including a very large built in wardrobe. Tenants in this building also enjoy use of a shared gym with all modern equipment including benches and treadmill; and a 1.75m swimming pool, all included in the price.
The apartment is in a pleasant and residential area of the city, close to Marylebone Station, and a short walk from the beautiful Regents Park. The location is ideal for students or professionals, with London Business School, Regents University, and the Marylebone campus of the University of Westminster nearby, and UCL just a short tube journey away for the former; and with fast transport links into the city, or the offices of Paddington Basin just a short walk away for the latter.
What we liked the most
- This is a really modern apartment with fantastic features.
- We particularly love that pool and gym access is included!
- You will live less than 10-minutes walk from Regents Park, one of the nicest parks in the city.
- Transport links to the rest of the city and to the west of England from Marylebone station, just a couple of minutes walk away.
