This cozy studio apartment to rent on Beco da Rosa is on the 1st floor. It’s a terrific little open-concept spot with a balcony. The bathroom is bright with a glass shower cabinet. The kitchen is fully equipped. It doesn’t have a stove, but it does have a microwave and a washing machine. The rest of the area is furnished with a 2-seat table, TV, and double bed.
Misericórdia is the place to be if you’re attending the ETIC School of Innovation and Creation Technologies and IADE Creative University. They’re both just minutes away. There are a couple of additional schools in the area, as well as a few art galleries and museums. You’ll feel right at home here.
