This furnished 7-bedroom apartment on Avenida 5 de Outubro, in Avenidas Novas has rooms to rent. Tenants will have an equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a sofa and small table, a complete shared bathroom, and an additional toilet room. There is a small indoor terrace, and a washing machine found in a common area.
The apartment is located in Agendas Novas. You'll be within easy reach of the city centre here, and a Metro stop can be found just 2-minutes away on foot. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars close by too, so you'll stay well entertained.
What we liked the most
- Avenidas Novas is an excellent spot to base yourself in Lisbon.
- The apartment has a cute indoor terrace, with a small table and chairs.
- The apartment has nice polished wooden floors.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven, stove and microwave.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the 5th floor and there is no elevator.
