This terrific 4-bedroom apartment with rooms for rent on Rua António Pereira Carrilho is close to the Instituto Superior Técnico. It’s on the 4th floor and offers more than just your room. The fully-equipped kitchen is long and sunny. It has modern cupboards, a granite counter, and gas stove. It's furnished with a dining table that overlooks the view out a large window. As a bonus, there is a common living area. It’s not a huge space, but it has a nice decor and is furnished with another table, sofa, and TV. And there are two big bathrooms with tubs.
Large houses, beautiful apartments, and wide avenues make Arroios a terrific residential area. It’s best known for the pediatric Hospital de Dona Estefânia, and for shopping. There are lots of shops and cafés within a 7-minute walk. At the northern end of the neighborhood, your new home is only 10 minutes from the Instituto Superior Técnico, a renowned engineering school. Continente and Pingo Doce supermarkets are close by. There is a pharmacy, book store, and at least two gyms within walking distance. And you’ll find vegetarian, Portuguese, and ethnic food being served up in a multitude of restaurants around the corner.
