This sunny 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Rua do Poço dos Negros is on the 1st floor. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room is cozy with wood flooring and two tall bright glass doors leading to a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The L-shaped kitchen is compact and the rest of the room is furnished with a small dining table, comfortable sofa, and TV. The double bedroom also has wood floors and balcony access. It’s a spacious room with a large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a tub.
Misericórdia neighborhood is well connected by public transportation. The famous yellow tram often associated with Lisbon runs along your street. You are minutes away from the Tagus River, and close to a few popular sites like the Museum of Puppetry and the National Museum of Contemporary Art. You’ll discover numerous restaurants and cafés close to your new home, as well as a few nightclubs. And there are a couple of supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.
