This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Avenida da Liberdade has a fantastic contemporary decor. The living and dining rooms are combined into one spacious and relaxing area with artistic black-and-white photographs on the walls. Here, you have a large sofa, television, arm chair, and a 4-person dining table and chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen is separate, but has a breakfast bar that opens toward the dining table. You can side a partition over the opening to completely separate these spaces. The bedroom is comfortable with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a window that lets natural light come in and brighten the room. You also have a great balcony with a table and chairs where you can catch some sun or share a meal with some friends. The bathroom has a large bathtub with a shower head.
This apartment is located in the neighborhood of Santo António. You will find plenty to keep you entertained in this area. The Botanical Gardens of the University of Lisbon is only a 5-minute walk from your front door, and is the perfect place to walk around in the fresh air and breathe in the scents of exotic flowers and plants from around the world. It's also very well connected to public transportation. Avenida Metro station is right across the street from your new home. Cinema São Jorge is also just outside your door, and around the corner is the Museum of Cinema. It's the perfect spot for movie buffs.
