This chic studio apartment with 1-bathroom is for rent on Cuesta del Chapiz in Albaicín. The property has a 36 m² footprint which includes a combined living area and bedroom with a double bed and TV as well as a sofa. The kitchen has a 2-burner stove and all the essentials to cook.
There is a supermarket within a 15-minute walk, as well as plenty of restaurants to choose from. The Palacio de Carlos V is around a 20-minute walk away, while Alhambra is a little closer at a 15-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom and kitchen have colourful tiles on the walls.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
- There is a wardrobe in the studio means there is some space for your belongings.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a microwave.
