This cozy studio apartment available to rent is located on the landlady's private property in the town of Huétor Vega. The studio is separated from the main house but shares the swimming pool and patio area. The apartment is fully furnished with a double bed, dining table, kitchenette, and a clothes rack. There is also a clean and modern bathroom.
The studio is located about 20 minutes outside of Granada in Huétor Vega. A decent drive away, this is a commuter town that also has direct bus connections. You are in a quiet residential area with basic amenities nearby.
What we liked the most
- The studio is well-furnished and receives plenty of natural light.
- You have access to the swimming pool – great for summer!
- There are several bars and grocery stores within walking distance.
- Although a car would be more convenient, you can easily reach Granada City Center by bus.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady is planning to install an electric stove in the kitchen.
- With a car, you are only a 20-minute drive to Granada.
- The washing machine is located in a common laundry room.
