This large flat has two shared living areas, a full kitchen and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Other amenities provided include Wi-Fi, bed linen, a dishwasher, central heating and air-conditioning, and to make life easy, rent includes all utilities and a cleaning service. The apartment is located on Avenida de Andalucia in the neighbourhood of Chana, across the road from the beautiful Almunia de Aynadamar Park and very close to public transport. The IT faculty of the University of Granada is five minutes away. The apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 260 sqm.
