This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Nazaries in the Ronda neighbourhood of Granada. There are four individual rooms for rent, each with an abundance of storage space and a small work area, which is ideal for student who need a quiet workspace. The up-to-date kitchen has a modern and fresh design, which gives it a chic look. The furnished living room has lots of space and a great place for tenants to kick back, relax and watch some TV after a long day. This apartment is the perfect place for those wanting to be close to the city centre and to experience the various cultural attractions that Granada has to offer. The are of the apartment is 110 square metres.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has an up-to-date style and décor, plus it's equipped with modern appliances and utensils.
- The bedrooms all have windows which let in a lot of natural light.
- The apartment has 2 bathrooms for 4-5 tenants.
- Every room is fully furnished with a bed and desk and comes with plenty of storage space.
- The apartment is very close to the city center, allowing tenants to access monuments, restaurants, and bars with ease.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment doesn't have A/C.

- The English speaking landlord does not live on the property and requires one month rent as a deposit.
Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed. Rent can be paid by cash.
Payment policy: The landlord has a 15 day payment policy. If you move in anytime between the 1st and the 14th of the month, you will need to pay for the whole month. If you move in between the 15th and the 31st of the month, you will need to pay for half of the month. The same policy applies for check out.
