This large 6 bedroom apartment has 5 single rooms and 1 double room for rent. All rooms have storage space, a heating unit, a desk and their own independent key, allowing you to secure your belongings as you leave the room. In this exterior flat you will find 2 shared bathrooms and a spacious common room which is where you will find the kitchen and a living area. There is also a washing machine and a handy dryer within the apartment, so you will be able to tackle your laundry fast and efficiently regardless of the weather. This practical home enjoys of a fantastic central location on Alhondiga street, minutes away from the cathedral and Plaza Nueva.
What we liked the most
- There are 2 shared bathrooms. Bathroom 1 comes with a large shelving unit where you can keep your body care products. Bathroom 2 is a bit larger and has a bathtub. Both have large windows which can opened up to let in fresh air.
- The open plan kitchen and living area has been equipped as a multi-purpose room where tenants can get together, cook and eat their meals.
- The kitchen comes with a gas stove, an oven and a microwave. There are also 2 fridges and 2 shelving units providing tenants with enough space to store their food items.
- In this shared room you will also find a TV, 2 sofas and a large dining table.
- Rooms 3 and 4 have balconies overlooking the street.

- There are interior and exterior rooms for rent, but all of them have windows.
