This is a very conveniently located 4 bedroom apartment on Conde de las Infantas. The property is very close to the Law School, so it makes it very easy for students who need to get to class quickly. The apartment has a great view of the beautiful street below from its very big wrap-around balcony, on which tenants can have a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine to relax. There are 2 shared bathrooms, so that makes it very easy for tenants to get ready in the morning and arrive on time to work or class. The living room is very big and has 2 comfortable sofas from which you can watch TV. The apartment is 180m2.

What we liked the most
- The property is very close to the University of Granada Law School, so it would be great for students!
- All of the rooms have desks, so that makes it very easy to do your work or studies.
- The living room is very spacious and complete with a dining table and four chairs.
- The living room has a wrap-around balcony with picturesque views of the neighbouring Law School.
- The washing machine is located in its own separate room, so it won’t make noise and wake up the tenants.
Things to keep in mind
- The bathrooms are a bit tiny, but because there are 2 of them, tenants can share them in case they need to get ready.
