This three-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Paloma in the Los Pajaritos neighborhood of Granada, a central student area that’s also very close to the city’s main hospital. This is ideal for students looking to be near the Facultad de Medicina and have other major campus organizations nearby, as well as the city’s Plaza de Toros. The area of the apartment is 80 m2.

- The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, microwave, and a huge fridge, giving you plenty of space to cook
- The living room has a couch, chair, armchair, and decorations.
- Off the living room there is an exterior balcony that is perfect for enjoying sunny days!

- There is no formal dining room table.
- The washing machine is in the bathroom (this is generally found in the kitchen in most Spanish homes).
