Four single rooms available for rent in a four bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. This 85 sqm flat is sunny and spacious, and features a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful shared living area furnished with some sofas, a TV and a dining table. This exterior apartment enjoys of stunning panoramic views over the city, as it is situated high up on the seventh floor. It is located on Gutierre Tibon street, in the neighborhood of San Francisco Javier, making it a fantastic option for students, as it is so close from the Universidad de Granada’s Cartuja campus that you will be able to see it from your bedroom window!
What we liked the most
- In the kitchen you will find both a microwave for heating up a quick snack, and also an oven, stove, pots and pans for making a more hearty meal.
- The living area is spacious and sunny, and has access to a spacious balcony via two sliding glass doors, ideal for relaxing with a drink while enjoying of the amazing views over the city.
- There are two bathrooms in the apartment, both fully equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
- There is a laundry room where you will find the washing machine and some racks to dry your washing.
Things to keep in mind
- Only some utilities (water/Wi-Fi) are included in the monthly rent. Electricity and gas will need to be paid by the tenants separately.
