There are bright and cozy rooms available to rent in this 90 m², 4-bedroom apartment in Granada's La Chana district. The rooms come fully furnished with plenty of storage space and a private key, for added privacy. The apartment is well decorated with beautiful artwork throughout the property. The living room is also a sunny room furnished with a couch, TV, and glass dining table. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is 1 full bathroom to share.
On Avenida de Andalucia, the apartment is in a student-friendly area surrounded by cheap bars and restaurants and only a 17-minute walk from the Universidad de Granada - Fuentenueva Campus. You will always have something to do located on the border of neighborhoods Barrio de Periodistas, Los Pajaritos, and La Chana.
What we liked the most
- The rooms receive plenty of natural light and have a private key.
- The bedrooms have been refurbished and have new furniture.
- The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine.
- You are less than 20 minutes to the Universidad de Granada (Fuentenueva Campus).
