There are rooms for rent in this chic 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady on Calle Ave María in Realejo. The generous 60 m² footprint includes a living room with balcony access, and a kitchen with a large refrigerator and a 4-burner stove. The bathroom is equally well-equipped, with a toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
There are a few restaurants within a 10-minute walk of this apartment, as well as a supermarket. The Palace of Charles V is only a 20-minute walk away, as is the Alhambra Palace, so there are plenty of cultural attractions to explore on your days off.
