This 3-bedroom apartment has 3 rooms to rent, with 1 shared bathroom, and covers an area of 80m2. The apartment is in an old-style building but has been well maintained and has a classic charm. The living room is furnished with 2 sofas and a dining table, and the kitchen is spacious and well equipped.
The rooms are ideal for students, with the University of Granada within easy walking distance. Centro is home to important cultural sites like the impressive Cathedral, as well as an endless number of bars and restaurants. You will have the best this beautiful city has to offer within easy reach.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has stylish wooden furnishings.
- The common living area is an ideal space to relax outside of your room and get to know the other tenants.
- The location is very convenient for students studying at the University of Granada.
- There is a separate laundry area for drying clothes.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has a large gas stove top.
Things to keep in mind
- The window in bedroom 3 opens onto the laundry area, but still lets in natural light.
