5 bedrooms are available for students to rent in a very spacious house in the Albaicín neighborhood of Granada. This recently constructed property is luminous and modern, with 3 floors and several fantastic common spaces. There is a big living room and 2 terraces that are ideal for barbecues. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, separate refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, small appliances, and a washing machine.
The Albaicín neighborhood is historic and picturesque, with winding cobblestone streets and flower filled courtyards. It features some of the city's best dining, nightlife, and flamenco shows. There are several bus lines to take you around the city, and the Cartuja campus of the University of Granada is also within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- This house has 2 spacious terraces that are great for barbecues, sunbathing, or dinner on a warm summer night.
- The property was recently constructed, so it is quite modern and new.
- There are 3 complete shared bathrooms, so sharing is very manageable.
- This house has great amenities, like a dishwasher, washing machine, and A/C units.
- Albaicín is a picturesque and exciting place to live.
Things to keep in mind
- Albaicín is known for its winding streets and hills, and may not be ideal for someone with reduced mobility.
