Colorful rooms for rent in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, located just moments away from Granada station and University of Granada's Fuentenueva Campus. The recently refurbished apartment is fully equipped and is perfect for students looking to live in a student-friendly district of Los Pajaritos-Plaza de Toros and have easy access to the city centre. The area of the apartment is 80m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently refurbished - tenants can enjoy a brand new furniture.
- Each room for rent is colorful and furnished with comfortable beds.
- Granada train station is less than a 10 minute walk away.
- You can also easily reach the Fuentenueva Campus of University of Granada.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that the kitchen has a small oven, a microwave and a stove.
- Although without a living room, this apartment has a spacious kitchen with a dining table.
