Brand new rooms for rent in spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Ronda, 10 minute walk from University of Granada Fuentenueva campus. Featuring all necessary furniture and appliances, this apartment is perfect for students attending University of Granada and those who prefer to live close to the city centre, easily reachable in just a few minutes. The surrounding area is full of cafes, restaurants and shops and the picturesque Parque Gracia Lorca is just a short walk away. The area of the apartment is 130m2.
What we liked the most
- Everything in the apartment is brand new.
- The cosy living area features a large sofa and a dining table.
- Parque Gracia Lorca, along with Plaza de Gracia are just seconds away.
- Some of the rooms feature private terraces.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has two shared bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and one with a bathtub.
- Please note that this apartment has the same layout and communal areas as shown on the video, however, bedroom 1 is furnished with a single bed instead of a double and the apartment only has 4 bedrooms.
