This one-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Doctor Muñoz Fernández in the Los Pajaritos-Plaza de Toros area of Granada, an ideal student neighborhood that has plenty of bars and restaurants that are popular in university nightlife. In addition, it’s mere steps from the Plaza de Toros which has restaurants and bars on the bottom floor. It’s also within walking distance of the Campus Universitario de Fuentenueva. This apartment is perfect for those looking to have the best of the center with plenty of tranquility to get your work done. The area of the apartment is 55 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has all brand-new furniture.
- The living room has a separate dining area as well as a desk for an office space.
- The living room also has a TV and plenty of storage space to put your trinkets.
- The modern kitchen has a large fridge with a freezer, as well as an electric stove, plenty of cupboards.
