This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located on Plaza Romanilla in the Centro district of Granada. This part of the city is known for its Moorish facade and beautifully preserved monuments. Situated next to the Plaza Bib Rambla, this apartment will give tenants an opportunity to live in the center of the Granada social life! The area of this property is 29 m2.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is renovated and has new amenities. The kitchen and bathroom are especially nice: the kitchen has a lot of storage space and the bathroom is very clean.
  • As an exterior apartment, the whole property receives a lot of natural light.
  • There are two small balconies with views of the beautiful streets of Granada.
  • Location location location! The apartment is situated minutes from one of the biggest streets of Granada- Calle Gran Via de Colon- yet nestled in the historical center, providing the tenant the luxury of easy access to transportation as well as a cultural experience.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is small, but as mentioned above, there is a lot of space to store your food.
  • The heating system is single electric, but because it is a smaller property, the apartment warms up quickly.
