This 55 m² 1-bedroom apartment on Plaza del Abside de San Matías, in Realejo, is fully furnished and has an open plan kitchen and living area with a dining table and television. The bedroom is furnished with twin beds, and has an ensuite bathroom.
From this excellent central location you can walk to the Granada Cathedral in just 5 minutes, and you will also find shops, tapas bars and restaurants within walking distance. The Alhambra is located nearby, and the area is also well-connected by public transport to the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- There is AC to keep you comfortable during the hot summer months.
- The nicely renovated bathroom has a bathtub.
- The living area is a comfortable space to relax at the end of the day.
- The television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa.
- Living in Realejo, you'll have the best of Granada right outside your doorstep.
- You will find supermarkets, banks, gyms, pharmacies, and all the essential amenities within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- The refrigerator is only half-sized.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave and electric stove.
